1. NO RESULTS GUARANTEED
Coaching, consulting, courses, and materials provide INFORMATION, ADVICE, AND FRAMEWORKS ONLY.
WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES OF ANY BUSINESS OUTCOMES, RESULTS, OR SUCCESS.
Your results depend entirely on your implementation, execution, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
2. CONSULT PROFESSIONALS FOR IMPORTANT DECISIONS
Accelerated Progress is NOT a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or business advice.
For critical decisions, consult qualified professionals (lawyers, accountants, consultants). We are not responsible for your decisions based on our materials.
3. NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:
ZERO liability for indirect damages (lost profits, business interruption, missed opportunities)
ZERO liability for direct damages. No liability beyond refund of your payments.
ZERO liability for coaching/course outcomes
ZERO liability for third-party links, resources, or recommendations
4. SERVICES "AS IS"
No warranties for uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific results, or compatibility.

1. Our Services
Accelerated Progress provides agile transformation consulting, leadership coaching, team facilitation, Scrum Master services, and digital learning products including courses, books, and workshops. [From your services overview]
Services include but are not limited to:
Organizational consulting and agile transformation guidance
Individual leadership and personal effectiveness coaching
Online courses, workshops, trainings, and self-guided learning materials
Digital products and print-on-demand resources
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts and Registration
Some Services require creating an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current information
Maintain security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
Be fully responsible for all activities under your account
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment: All fees are in EUR and non-refundable except as required by EU consumer law.
VAT: Prices include Dutch VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions: Auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime via your account.
Late payments: 14-day grace period, then 1.5% monthly late fee.
Digital Products: No refunds after access (EU digital content rules).
No outcome-based refunds – see Critical Disclaimer above.
5. Coaching and Consulting Services
Scheduled Sessions: 48-hour cancellation policy (full refund). Less than 48 hours = 50% fee. No-shows = full fee.
Results Not Guaranteed: Coaching provides guidance and frameworks. Results depend on your implementation. No guarantees of business outcomes.
Confidentiality: We maintain confidentiality except where required by law or to prevent harm.
6. Digital Products and Courses
Access: 1-year access to purchased digital products unless otherwise stated.
Technical Requirements: You are responsible for having compatible devices/internet.
Updates: We may update content without notice. No refunds for updates.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All materials (courses, coaching frameworks, website content, books) are protected by Dutch and EU copyright law. You receive limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it for providing Services.
No resale: You may not redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our materials.
8. Acceptable Use
No illegal activities, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, commercial resale of content.
9. Termination
Cancel anytime. We may terminate for violations/non-payment.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays/failures due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, natural disasters, internet outages, government actions).
11. Governing Law
Dutch law applies. Utrecht District Court jurisdiction. EU consumer rights preserved.
